T-Mobile USA (English: T-Mobile US, Inc., commonly referred to as T-Mobile) is an American wireless network operator headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. Its largest shareholders are Deutsche Telekom with 43% and SoftBank Group with 24%. T-Mobile is the third-largest mobile operator in the U.S., with approximately 103.4 million customers as of the first quarter of 2021.
On April 1, 2020, T-Mobile and Sprint completed their merger. On August 2nd, the Sprint brand ended its operation.
T-Mobile's U.S. operations include the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
