Welcome to use the various services provided by the domestic and foreign testing and certification information public service platform (hereinafter referred to as the "platform") for you (hereinafter referred to as the "user"). In order to protect network information security, protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, and safeguard national security and social public interests, the Platform formulates and provides network services in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and national laws and regulations, the national laws and regulations shall prevail.

1. General rule

1. By accessing or using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by all the terms of these Terms of Use or any other terms and conditions set forth on the Platform. If the User does not agree to the full content of these Terms of Use, please do not access or use the Platform.

2. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the new products, new functions and new services launched by the Platform are unconditionally applicable to these Terms.

3. The Platform reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, and only publish them on the Platform without prior notice, and the revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publicity.

2. Registration Information

1. Users can use the additional services provided by the Platform by registering an account. The ownership of the user's account belongs to the platform, and the user obtains the right to use the platform account after completing the registration.

2. By clicking on the "Agree to the Terms of Use" box during the registration process, the User has reached an agreement with the Platform to voluntarily accept all the contents of the Terms of Service, and the User who chooses to continue to access or use the relevant services of the Platform will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by all the contents of the Terms.

3. After the user registers successfully, the user keeps his account and password by himself, and is legally responsible for all activities and events carried out with the account.

4. The user shall provide complete, true, accurate and up-to-date personal information, which shall be used as the sole basis for determining the user's association with his or her platform account and the user's identity. If the problems caused by the untrue registration information are borne by the user, the platform shall not be responsible for it and has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account.

5. The User shall not transfer, lend, sell, etc. his/her account number and password to others, and the Platform shall have the right to stop continuing the service if the User is found to be not the account registrant. If the User's account and password are illegally used by others or any other security problems occur, the User shall immediately notify the Platform. The Platform shall not be liable for the illegal use of the account and password by others due to hacking or the user's fault.

3. Rules of Use

1. The user is fully responsible for all activities and events carried out under his account, including but not limited to any content published by the user and any results arising therefrom.

2. When using the services of the Platform, the User must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and the User shall agree not to use the Platform to carry out any illegal or improper activities, otherwise the Platform has the right to deal with the relevant illegal content without notifying the User.

3. In order to use the platform services, the user must be equipped with the necessary equipment to access the network, including computers, mobile phones and other devices related to access the Internet or mobile network, and pay the fees related to this service.

4. The user agrees that the platform has the right to place various commercial advertisements or other types of commercial information in various ways in the process of providing network services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

1. The content (including text, graphics, charts, audio, video, software, etc.) provided in the Platform services is protected by copyright law, trademark law or other laws and regulations, and the user shall not use or create relevant derivative works or use them for any commercial purpose in any way without the written permission of the Platform and relevant right holders.

2. The intellectual property rights of the content generated by the user in the use of the service belong to the user or the relevant right holder.

3. These Terms do not grant the User the right to use any trademarks, service marks, domain names and other distinctive brand features of the Platform.

4. For any content uploaded by the user to the platform, the user agrees that the platform has a permanent, irrevocable, free, non-exclusive right to use and sublicense the right to use and sublicense without limitation to the region, form and carrier, including but not limited to modification, reproduction, distribution, exhibition, adaptation, compilation, publication, translation, information network dissemination, broadcasting, Performances and recreations, and other rights determined by laws and regulations such as the Copyright Act.

5. After receiving the notice from the right holder, the Platform may, at its reasonable discretion, delete such content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others.

5. Privacy Protection

1. Protecting the privacy of users is a fundamental principle of the Platform. Without the consent of the User, the Platform will not disclose or provide the User's personal information to third parties, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

2. The Platform will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

3. In the process of registering an account or using the Service, the User may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, users need to fill in real identity information. If the information filled in by the user is incomplete, the user will not be able to use the service or will be restricted from using the service.

4. In general, users can browse and modify the information submitted by themselves at any time, but for security and identification reasons (such as password reset services), users may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided at the time of registration.

5. On the premise of not disclosing the privacy information of a single user, the platform has the right to analyze the entire user database and make appropriate use of the user database.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. In view of the particularity of the network services, the Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, security, effectiveness, legality and completeness of the network services, and the User agrees that the Platform has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services at any time without prior notice, and the Platform shall not be liable in any way for any information transmission or transmission error. Neither the user nor any third party shall be liable for inaccuracies or errors.

2. The User agrees that the risks and consequences of using the Platform services will be entirely borne by the User and that the Platform shall not be liable to the User. In the event of any loss caused to the Platform or any other third party due to the User's violation of relevant laws, regulations or any clause under these Terms, the User agrees to be liable for the damages caused thereby.

3. If the user's information is unwilling to be included by the Platform, or believes that the content of the Platform may be suspected of infringing on his/her legitimate rights and interests, the User shall give written feedback to the Platform in a timely manner, and provide proof of identity, ownership and detailed proof of infringement, and the Platform will delete the relevant content as soon as possible after receiving the above-mentioned legal documents.

4. Links between the Platform and third-party websites are provided solely as a convenience to the User. The Platform does not review third-party websites, does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or their content. Accordingly, the Platform does not endorse or make any representations about any information, software or other products or materials contained therein or any results obtained from the use of them. If the User decides to access any third-party website linked to the Platform, the User does so at his/her own risk.

7. Miscellaneous

1. The Platform reserves all rights to interpret and modify these Terms.

2. The conclusion, execution and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute between the two parties regarding the content of these Terms or their implementation, the two parties shall try their best to resolve them through friendly negotiation, and if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the Platform is located.

3. The failure of the Platform to exercise any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of the aforesaid rights.

4. If any provision of these Terms is invalid in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain valid and binding.
