Introduction to Regulatory Certification

Regulatory certification as one of the most basic technical trade barriers, is the basic conditions necessary for all products to enter the international market, the regulatory certification mainly focuses on personal safety, effective use of spectrum  electromagnetic compatibility and environmental protection compliance. Regulatory certification is similar to China's network access license, type approval and the CCC. Most developed countries have their own testing and certification and standard systems, such as the EU's CE certification system and the United States FCC certification. Most other developing and underdeveloped countries have not established their own standardization systems and testing capabilities, and on the whole the technical force is weak, mainly using CE and FCC certification and standard system, which can recognize the reports issued by most domestic testing laboratories, and individual countries need to send samples to the local area for confirmatory testing or functional inspection. Some countries also require a network access permit for equipment, mainly involving interoperability and functional testing, such as Japan's JRL certification.
