On May 16, 2024, the Meizu 21 Note (certified model: M468Q) was officially released, which is the first Meizu model to pass the S++ certification for visual health friendliness excellence from the China Quality Certification Center. The acquisition of this certification reflects the in-depth investment and research of the model in product experience and user care, and users can enjoy a clearer and more comfortable visual experience.

The visual health friendliness certification is the first certification program that adopts the technical specifications of medical and engineering integration to comprehensively evaluate the optical display performance and human comfort of the equipment. The technical specification was formulated by the CTTL Terminal Labs of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as "CAICT"), Zhongshan Ophthalmology Center of Sun Yat-sen University, China Quality Certification Center and terminal manufacturers, mainly for active light-emitting display devices, including TVs, mobile phones, computers, smart screens and other products.

The Meizu M468Q model has been evaluated by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and the Zhongshan Eye Center of Sun Yat-sen University, and has finally obtained the highest level of certification issued by the China Quality Certification Center. Among them, visual comfort is a human factors experiment, which covers multiple perceptual dimensions of eye health, mental health and visual central health through the combination of objective test and subjective comfort evaluation. The S++ grade products that meet the above evaluation system comprehensively give the final evaluation results of professional protection of visual health for users from the dimensions of display optics, intelligent protection and visual health, and eye-brain-physical and mental human factors. The corresponding evaluation level of the product is divided into four levels, namely qualified, good, excellent and excellent, of which excellent corresponds to S++ level, which is the highest level.
