Recently, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology/China Telecommunication Technology Labs (CAICT/CTTL) has been authorized by the Car Connectivity Consortium® (CCC) Digital Key® (DK). Laboratories (ATL) qualification, becoming one of the first 6 laboratories (groups) in the world to obtain this qualification, and the only laboratory in Chinese mainland to obtain this qualification. The scope of the laboratory covers DK Applet Functional Compliance testing (undertaken by the CTTL System Laboratory of the CAICT) and End-to-End Interoperability testing (undertaken by the CTTL Terminal Labs of the CAICT).

The digital key certification launched by the CCC is mainly for digital car key products that support NFC technology, and requires them to obtain the NFC Forum certification certificate before passing the CCC certification. CAICT/CTTL is the only NFC Forum authorized testing laboratory in Chinese mainland, with NFC Forum testing and certification capabilities for all product categories, including digital car keys. This time it has become the first CCC digital car key authorized testing laboratory in Chinese mainland with full capacity qualification, which fully reflects the international leading level of CAICT/CTTL in the field of testing and certification and the business philosophy of serving the world based on local services.
According to the CCC's plan for digital car key certification, the CCC will also expand the certification of digital car key products that support Bluetooth® and UWB technology. As a national authoritative testing organization, CAICT/CTTL has also been committed to Bluetooth® and UWB technology research and business development, not only has the world's leading Bluetooth Alliance authorized test laboratory and FiRa® Alliance authorized test laboratory, but also has taken the lead in formulating a number of national standards and industry standards. In the field of Internet of Vehicles, CAICT/CTTL and domestic automobile manufacturers, mobile device manufacturers, technology suppliers and other enterprises have jointly established domestic Internet of Vehicles industry alliances and industry organizations such as the Intelligent Internet of Vehicles Industry Ecological Alliance (ICCE) and the Intelligent Internet of Vehicles Open Alliance (ICCOA) to carry out the standard formulation and testing and verification of the Internet of Vehicles industry, and promote the application and implementation of Internet of Vehicles technologies such as digital car keys.
