The visual health friendliness certification is the first certification project that adopts the technical specifications of medical engineering integration to comprehensively evaluate the optical display performance and human comfort of the equipment. The technical specification was formulated by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as "China Academy of Information and Communications Technology") in conjunction with the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center (ZOC) of Sun Yat-sen University, the China Quality Certification Center and terminal manufacturers, and is mainly for active light-emitting display devices, including TVs, mobile phones, computers, smart screens and other products.

The visual health friendliness certification evaluation system includes 3 aspects of basic performance, protection mechanism and visual comfort, 9 categories of evaluation items, and all aspects of scientific evaluation show performance and visual comfort, and the system framework is shown in the figure below.

The visual health friendliness evaluation level is divided into 4 levels, of which the 4th level "excellent, S++" is the highest level, and the evaluation content covers all the indicators in the specification. Among them,In the evaluation of the chromaticity uniformity of TV products,It not only retains the traditional standard center point pure white picture,It also increases the gray scale signal,The test point is also expanded from 9 points to 13 points;When evaluating the color visibility angle,The skin tone signal is also added,And the evaluation items of the brightness chromaticity uniformity at different viewing angles are included。 The evaluation method is more suitable for the actual viewing scene, and the evaluation content is closer to the user's perspective. In terms of comfort evaluation, it covers multiple perceptual dimensions of eye health, mental health and visual center health. The S++ grade products that meet the above evaluation system integrate display optics, intelligent protection and visual health, and protect the visual health of users more professionally from the human factors dimension of eye, brain, body and mind.

Through this evaluation, Xiaomi TV S Mini LED series (mainstream size55/65/75/85 inches) models and Redmi MAX 100 2025 products meet all the tests of the "Technical Specifications for Visual Health Friendliness Certification Active Illuminated Display Devices", and obtained the first batch of visual health friendliness S++ level certification certificates. The certified product certification models are: L55MA-SPL, L65MA-SPL, L75MA-SPL, L85MA-SPL, L100RA-MAX.

The visual health friendliness certification information can be published on the State Administration for Market Regulation-National Certification and Accreditation Information Public Service Platform, which is convenient for all parties to apply and adopt.
