On January 9, 2024, the OpenHarmony City Conference with the theme of "Exploration and Development, Integration and Symbiosis" was successfully concluded in Huizhou. The conference was hosted by Huizhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Huizhou Municipal Service Data Administration, and Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, undertaken by Huizhou Zhongkai Private Investment Group Co., Ltd., OpenAtom OpenHarmony (hereinafter referred to as "OpenHarmony") UHD Special Committee, and co-organized by Huizhou Electronic Information Industry Association. The conference brought together many industry elites to discuss the development path of the OpenHarmony ecosystem.

At the conference, the unveiling ceremony of the OpenHarmony UHD Special Committee was successfully held, marking a new historical stage in the ecological development of this field. At the unveiling ceremony, Guo Gan, deputy director of the CTTL-Terminal Labs (CTTL-T) of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as "CAICT), unveiled the UHD Special Committee on behalf of the president unit.

The establishment of the UHD Special Committee is the only body responsible for promoting the ecological development of OpenHarmony in the field of UHD under the Ecological Committee, and its establishment aims to promote the deep integration of the UHD industry and the OpenHarmony operating system, help the development of the industry, and will promote the R&D, installation and application of OpenHarmony for the entire UHD industry, and create an OpenHarmony UHD ecosystem.

As the chairman unit of the UHD Special Committee, CAICT will actively lead the technological innovation and application expansion in the field of UHD, and work closely with all parties to jointly promote the construction of the OpenHarmony UHD ecosystem.
