The development of mobile Internet technology has created basic conditions for the popularization and use of mobile intelligent terminals, and the development of manufacturing technology is also continuously improving the performance indicators of mobile intelligent terminals. Among them, more and more attention has been paid to the fluency of mobile intelligent terminals, which has become an important indicator to measure the user experience and performance of a terminal.

In order to conduct a more standardized evaluation of the smooth performance of mobile intelligent terminals, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as "CAICT") and the CTTL Certification Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TLC") jointly formulated and released the "Technical Specification for the Certification of Durable and Smooth Experience in All Scenarios of Mobile Intelligent Terminals" (hereinafter referred to as the "Technical Specification").

According to the technical specification, the Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-S9280) of Samsung (China) Investment Co., Ltd. was comprehensively evaluated in six dimensions: application launch, content loading, visual fluency, touch fluency, multi-task fluency and anti-aging performance (48-month model), and the mobile phone met the excellent requirements of "long-lasting and smooth experience in all scenarios of mobile smart terminals", and obtained the excellent certification issued by TLC.

In the future, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) will continue to launch smart phone test solutions according to the development of industry technology, and update and iterate the test solutions, so as to provide the public with rich consumer references and suggestions with professional and fair test methods, and guide the healthy and sustainable development of the mobile phone industry.
