With the rapid development of IoT technology, security issues have increasingly become the focus of global attention. On September 12, 2024, the PSA IoT security seminar, co-hosted by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and ARM Technology (China) Co., Ltd., was successfully held in Beijing. This seminar focuses on the evolving security challenges in the development of the Internet of Things, shares PSA IoT security solutions and best practices, and discusses the new development trend of IoT security. The seminar invited more than 50 experts and scholars from chip companies, terminal companies, equipment manufacturing enterprises, security companies, operators, universities and other fields.
Speech by the Deputy Director of the CTTL-Terminal Labs of the CAICT, Guo Gan
Guo Gan, deputy director of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) Terminal Laboratory, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, Guo Gan said that with the vigorous rise of the Internet of Things, the security challenges of the Internet of Things are becoming more and more prominent, and the development of Internet of Things security at home and abroad attaches great importance to PSA certification in the field of Internet of Things security, and put forward suggestions for continuously strengthening the security technology of the Internet of Things, the coordinated development of the industry, and strengthening security testing and certification. The seminar was chaired by Yuan Qi, Director of the Mobile Security Department of the Thiel Terminal Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Information and Communications Technology.
