In September 2025, two self-developed wireless modules of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology (Chengdu) Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kaifa Technology") successfully passed the audit of the Pakistani Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and obtained the certification certificate with the support of the CTTL Terminal Labs (CTTL-T) and the assistance of the IESCO AMI PIU Telecom team in Pakistan.

Previously, the certification of these two wireless modules faced two major problems: the meter/module certification strategy in the regulations was not clear, and the transmit power and frequency band were different from the CE certification standards. As an authorized laboratory of PTA, CTTL has communicated directly with PTA many times with its understanding of international standards and certification rules, clarified the meter/module certification strategy, formulated a test plan that integrates Pakistani technical requirements and CE certification test methods, and successfully completed the test after being recognized by PTA, clearing the obstacles for the development of two smart meters to enter the Pakistani market.
At present, CTTL-T has established direct contact with regulatory agencies in many countries and regions along the "Belt and Road". Relying on its advantages in technical strength, standard formulation and international cooperation, the laboratory can provide domestic information and communication enterprises with a full range of support and guarantees such as compliance consultation, testing and verification, certification, etc., including customized services for Kaifa Technology, accurately matching the access requirements of various countries, and reducing the risk of going overseas.
In the future, with the deepening of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the accelerated development of the information and communication industry in relevant countries and regions, CTTL-T will continue to give full play to its own advantages, expand international cooperation, optimize customized services, and provide more strength and solid support for more domestic information and communication enterprises to break through overseas barriers and achieve global layout.
