On June 19, 2024, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as CAICT) organized a symposium on the construction of a "Public Service Platform for Testing and Certification of Mobile Internet Applications". Relevant responsible officials of the Bureau of Information and Communication Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the CAICT introduced the overall situation of the platform construction, and the joint construction units such as eCloud, Taier Certification Center Co., Ltd., Tencent Cloud, Baidu, Taobao, 360, vivo, Volcano Engine, Daily Interactive, and Aurora respectively introduced the construction progress and main functions of the eight sub-platforms. Overall, the construction of the platform has progressed steadily, and some landmark results have been achieved, and the quantitative and qualitative indicators preset at the initial stage of the project have been basically completed.  

The meeting pointed out that the construction of the platform is an important measure to promote the healthy and orderly development of the mobile Internet, and it is necessary to accelerate the online operation of the platform, continue to update and iterate, optimize and upgrade the functions of the platform, and actively empower the high-quality development of the industry. The first is to acknowledge the standing position and solidly promote the final acceptance of the project. All units should firmly anchor the key tasks of project construction, increase investment in personnel, technology, equipment, etc., so as to arrange and deploy in place, organize and implement in place, and implement work in place, so as to ensure that the acceptance and delivery of platform construction are completed on time and with good quality. The second is to jointly build and share, and give full play to the key role of the platform. We will continue to improve technical capabilities such as APP monitoring and detection, risk early warning, traceability certification, and data mining, and help agile, accurate, and efficient governance. Provide more diversified and convenient public services such as information sharing, testing and verification, and talent training for various market players in the industrial chain, so that the whole industry can share the dividends of platform construction. The third is to focus on the future and continue to improve the service capabilities of the platform. Facing the new situation and new problems faced by the "mobile application +" and "artificial intelligence +" industry innovation and industry development, we will break through key evaluation technologies, promote model and mechanism innovation, strengthen industry-university-research and application, and continuously improve the platform's service capabilities in text analysis, code recognition, intelligent Q&A, etc.

In the next step, under the guidance of the Information and Communication Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology will strengthen the coordination and linkage with the participating units, promote the construction of the platform with high standards and high efficiency, ensure that the project achieves the expected goals, contribute to industry supervision and industrial development, and jointly create a good mobile Internet application environment.
