From July 16th to 18th, 2024, under the guidance of the Information and Communications Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the second meeting of the Information Security and User Data Protection Technology Group (WG4) of the Telecommunication Terminal Industry Forum Association (TAF) organized by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as "CAICT") and organized by the CTTL-T was successfully held in Xining, with nearly 110 representatives from more than 40 Internet companies, terminal vendors, and security vendors attending the meeting. At the meeting, the representatives put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on the formulation of standards, shared the latest trends of industrial development, and reached a consensus on the formulation of a number of standards.
The meeting deliberated and approved the "Requirements for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Users of Generative Artificial Intelligence Products and Services", as well as the "Requirements for the Management of Intelligent Twins Platform Services", "Evaluation Methods for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Generative AI Mobile Terminal Users", "Requirements for Generative Artificial Intelligence Products and Applications", "Requirements for the Quality Assessment of Code Generation Products and Services Based on Generative AI", "Requirements for the Distribution and Management of Financial APPs", "Technical Requirements for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Users of Financial APPs", "Technical Requirements for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Financial APPs", "Requirements for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Financial APPs", "Requirements for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Financial APPs", "Requirements for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Financial APPs", "Requirements for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Financial APPs", "Requirements for the Protection of the A total of 16 standards have been established, including the Technical Requirements for the Data Erasure Capability of Mobile Intelligent Terminal Users and the Service Management Requirements for the Mobile Intelligent Terminal Recycling Trading Platform.
The meeting voted to approve the five standards of the "Mobile Internet Application (APP) Automatic Renewal Evaluation Specification", "Deep Synthesis Assessment Specification: Face Information Protection", "Personal Information Protection Guarantee Capability Assessment Specification: Deep Synthesis Service", "Requirements for the Online Protection of Minors' Personal Information Part 1 Identity Verification", and "Requirements for the Online Protection of Minors' Personal Information Part 5 Emergency Response Guarantees" to enter the approval stage.
In the next step, the CTTL-T of the CAICT will further strengthen the communication between the organization and industry experts, continue to promote the formulation and revision of various intelligent terminals and APP series standards, and lead the healthy and orderly development of the industry with a scientific and complete standard system.
