First, the overall situation of the domestic mobile phone market
In March 2024, the domestic market shipped 21.38 million mobile phones, down 5.5% year-on-year, of which 17.736 million 5G mobile phones, up 2.3% year-on-year, accounting for 83.0% of mobile phone shipments in the same period.
From January to March 2024, the domestic market shipped 67.415 million mobile phones, a year-on-year increase of 7.4%, of which 56.433 million 5G mobile phones, a year-on-year increase of 9.6%, accounting for 83.7% of mobile phone shipments in the same period.

In March 2024, 47 new models of domestic mobile phones were listed, a year-on-year decrease of 2.1%, of which 23 were 5G mobile phones, a year-on-year increase of 15.0%, accounting for 48.9% of the number of new mobile phone models listed in the same period.
From January to March 2024, 97 new models of domestic mobile phones were listed, a year-on-year increase of 9.0%, of which 49 were 5G mobile phones, a year-on-year increase of 28.9%, accounting for 50.5% of the number of new mobile phone models listed in the same period.

Second, the composition of domestic and foreign brands in the domestic mobile phone market
In March 2024, domestic brand mobile phone shipments were 17.633 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 8.5%, accounting for 82.5% of mobile phone shipments in the same period; 43 new models were listed, a year-on-year decrease of 4.4%, accounting for 91.5% of the number of new mobile phone models launched in the same period.
From January to March 2024, domestic brand mobile phone shipments were 55.711 million units, a year-on-year increase of 19.3%, accounting for 82.6% of mobile phone shipments in the same period; 88 new models were launched, a year-on-year increase of 6.0%, accounting for 90.7% of the number of new mobile phone models launched in the same period.

Third, the development of domestic smart phones
In March 2024, smartphone shipments were 20.218 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 6.2%, accounting for 94.6% of mobile phone shipments in the same period; There were 29 new smartphone models, down 31.0% year-on-year, accounting for 61.7% of the number of new mobile phone models launched in the same period.
From January to March 2024, smartphone shipments were 63.773 million units, a year-on-year increase of 5.8%, accounting for 94.6% of mobile phone shipments in the same period; There were 65 new smartphone models, down 18.8% year-on-year, accounting for 67.0% of the number of new smartphone models launched in the same period.
