France: ANFR announced the results of SAR market supervision for the first half of 2026, recalling a total of 5 products

On July 30, 2026, the French National Frequency Authority (ANFR) reported the results of market supervision for the first half of 2026 (SAR), reporting a total of five mobile phones and requiring the relevant companies to carry out recalls. Where:

  • AGM Note N1, DOOGEE N55 PLUS, INFINIX SMART 9 (X6532), and NOTHING PHONE 3A (A059) phones exceeded the limb SAR limit (limit of 4 W/kg);
  • Inspection of the SAMSUNG A55 (SM-A556E/DS) phone revealed multiple issues that did not meet European regulatory requirements: failure to perform conformity assessment procedures and failure to provide technical documentation. Due to these compliance issues, the phone should not be launched in France, and ANFR has not conducted any technical testing on the device.
