On October 28, 2021, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) of Vietnam issued Circular No. 10/2021/TT-BTTTT along with Technical Regulation QCVN 123:2021/BTTT for short-range devices (SRDs) operating in the range of 40 – 246 GHz.
This technical regulation refers to the technical characteristics of the standard EN 305 550-1 V1.2.1 (2014-10) and the basic requirements of EN 305 550-2 V1.2.1 (10-2014). The standard will come into effect on July 1, 2022.
