Vietnam: The Ministry of Public Security issues cybersecurity benchmark requirements for IP cameras

On May 12, 2026, the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam issued Notice No. 48/2026/TT-BCA, which includes the QCVN 11:2026/BCA standard—"National Technical Specification for Internet Protocol-Based Surveillance Cameras—Cybersecurity Benchmark Requirements." This standard references ETSI EN 303 645 V2.1.1 and ETSI TS 103 701 V1.1.1.
