On October 22, 2026, the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (KOMDIGI) issued Circular No. 3 of 2026 from the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure Services (DJID). The circular aims to provide guidance to certificate holders, manufacturers, importers, distributors, and related stakeholders, clarifying how to handle certificate adjustment procedures for mobile communication devices that are in circulation but do not yet cover the 700 MHz and/or 2.6 GHz radio frequency bands. Relevant parties may submit certificate adjustment applications from the date of DJID Decree No. 206 of 2026 (published on Oct. 16, 2026) until April 15, 2027. The application method is to send the application letter to the email ditlayanan_djid@komdigi.go.id and copy it to callcenter_djid@komdigi.go.id.
