The Ministry of Telecommunications (DoT) of India notified on March 6, 2026, requiring stakeholders to complete the certificate replacement of existing products that support 5925-6425MHz Wi-Fi by April 5, 2026, otherwise the band must not be enabled, activated, or used. The DoT issued another notice on April 2, 2026, extending the deadline by three months to July 6, 2026.
